LaunchTest provides a platform for creating landing pages, collecting email addresses, and tracking basic analytics. The Service allows users to test business ideas before full development.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Change pricing with 30 days notice
• Limit free tier features as we transition out of beta

Existing users will be notified of any pricing changes via email.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUNCHTEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LaunchTest harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
